Sunday 11th August
An amazing start to the Sunday for the U13s, who beat Teddington by 4 wickets. Sunbury managed to keep Teddington down to 116 runs taking 7 wickets. Jaiveer Ghatora (3-0-8-3). An incredible chase from Sunbury, securing the win in the 17th over. Liam O’Connor (25 rtno) and Archie Anderson (20*).
The U9s lost against Wycombe House by 24 runs. Neel Mitter (25* off 15).
Monday 12th August
What an immense win for the U17s in the Middlesex County League Playoff Semi Final against London Tigers. Sunbury batted first and set an enormous total of 198! Tyrone Visvakula (44 off 31), Aaditya Jhamb (26 off 13) and Aryan Mittra (35 off 14). Sunbury then went on to bowl London Tigers out for just 79 runs! Matthew Gillespie (1.3-0-3-3) and Natty Taylor (4-0-23-3).
A massive game for the U14s against Winchmore Hill in the Middlesex County League Play off Semi Final. Charlie Maunders started off the Sunbury innings well scoring 40 off 37. This led to a Sunbury total of 143 runs. After a rough start with the ball, Albert Connors (4-0-14-0) bowled exceptionally well to bring Sunbury back into the game. At the 10 over mark, Winchmore Hill needed 66 to win with 10 wickets still in hand. Jack Marland (4-0-30-1) and Alfie Granger (4-0-24-1) got both the openers out, however the game was still in Winchmore Hill’s hand. Winchmore Hill needed 6 to win in the last over with 7 wickets in hand. Joshua Cholewa started the final over brilliantly with 2 big dots. The following 2 balls both went for 2 runs and the penultimate delivery was a massive dot. Winchmore Hill needed 2 from the last ball!
Unfortunately for Sunbury 2 runs were made by the Winchmore Hill batsman but after everyone thought the game was already lost at 10 overs, an astonishing job by the U14s to get it to the last over let alone the last ball!
Tuesday 13th August
The U15s beat Wycombe House by 18 runs. Aadit Unni (39 rtno off 30) and O Zahir (26 rtno off 30).
The U13bs took Richmond apart, beating them by 112 runs! Jacob Rice (30 rtno off 21) and Marlee Sharp (30 rtno off 17).
Thursday 15th August
The U15s are Middlesex South Extra Cup Winners after destroying Wycombe House in the Final. Tom Goldney (52 off 37) and Aadit Unni (32 off 41) started the Sunbury innings off magnificently to reach a final total of 151 runs. Sunbury then bowled perfectly to keep Wycombe House down to only 97.
The U14bs were defeated by East Molesey. Leo Pearson (3-2-5-3).
Friday 16th August
An outstanding chase from the U14s, who chased down the 155-run target set by Staines & Laleham. Charlie Maunders (29 rtno off 20), Steffan Hilmy (40 off 20) and Harry Kerridge (50 off 20).
Brilliant batting from the U14s in their victory against Moormead putting on 170 runs! Ayush Obhrai (31 rtno off 20), Daniyal Ahmed (16 rtno off 20), Nishkarsh Jain (21 rtno off 20), Samarth Sheth (24 rtno off 20) and Ryan Shah (16 rtno off 22).

Sunday 18th August
A brilliant start to a Sunday for the U9s, who beat Teddington by 28 runs.
The U11s lost against Shepperton by 5 wickets.
Monday 19th August
A high scoring Summer League win for the U15s against Teddington. Zach Barnes hit a quick fire 40 rtno off 20 balls and Aadit Unni scored 29 rtno off 25 deliveries to get Sunbury to a final total of 172 runs. Tidy bowling from Sunbury kept Teddington just 10 runs short of the target.
Wednesday 21st August
The U13s destroyed Hampton Hill by 6 wickets. Every bowler put a shift in with the ball to keep Hampton Hill to only 87 runs. Lucas Cholewa (30 off 24) and Liam O’Connor (22* off 20) both batted well to reach the target with 6 overs left.
Thursday 22nd August
A healthy win for the U14s, who defeated Teddington by 25 runs. Harry Kerridge (19 rtno off 20), Rishaan Mehmi (40 off 20), Albert Connors (33 rtno off 20), Charlie Maunders (24 rtno off 20) and Emma Gillespie (17 rtno off 20) all scored important runs in the 165-run total. Teddington were unable to reach the target after some incredible bowling from Sunbury, with Thomas Wilson taking 2 important wickets.
Friday 23rd August
The U10s beat Wycombe House by 59 runs.
A narrow 1 run loss for the U9s against Roehampton. Barnabus Quin (2-0-8-3). An incredible performance from the U13 Girls in the Surrey Hundred Cup Semi-Final against Weybridge. Sunbury won the toss and elected to field first before bowling very well keeping Weybridge to 147 runs. Rhythm Gala (41 rtno off 20) and Grace Mansfield (30 off 15) didn’t hang around, as they scored rapidly to reach the target in 88 balls. A huge win and brilliant performance from everyone.
